in thread validate variable-length lines in one regex?

Waah they didn't help me? Not at all! He did help, at first; put what I thought was considerable effort into it.

So you said "took his ball and went home" because you appreciate the help -- flaming somebody who isn't even here -- definition of troll

Not sure what to tell you ... UhClem seems to be telling the truth http://stackoverflow.com/questions/31191204/

When you're asking for help, and you complain about somebody else not helping you , thats trolling, thats self-sabotage, that means you don't really want help, you just want to complain about somebody else not helping you

The purpose of SOPW isn't to complain about some people on other websites not helping you, that trolling and its unwelcome pretty much everywhere

'The purpose of SOPW isn't to complain about some people on other websites not helping you'

OK. But the person didn't just do that, did they? No. They also asked a question, gave plenty of context and many others had no problem providing candidate solutions.

        What is your problem?

Meh ... that’s just StackOverflow being itself, and wishing that it could be PerlMonks when it grows up.   ;-)
