I'm late to this festive little fistfight, but... I find Perl6 to be interesting. And for right now, that's all. I find Perl5 to be functional and useful, but I don't get paid to write ANY version of Perl. I find Java and Groovy to be silly and annoying in various ways, but I get paid to write them. And so ends my non-useful contribution to this thread.
