A little off-topic, but you said you are running Perl 5.24.1 as part of a webserver setup. This Perl version is end-of-life since 2018 according to https://www.cpan.org/src/. There have been quite a lot of security flaws found and fixed since then, see https://www.cvedetails.com/vulnerability-list/vendor_id-1885/Perl.html. I strongly recommend that you look into upgrading your setup!
