While it would be nice to meet fellow Perl monks, a 14 hour train ride (one way) is a bit too much for me these days. Driving and flying nuke the climate too much (and are too expensivbe atm anyway), so that's not an option either these days.

Frankly I wouldn't come that far for this weekend event, but GPW will happen in Frankfurt in spring 2023.

Your guess is very close. Fürstenfeld. That's between Vienna and Graz. (Technically, i'm living on the other side of the Steiermark/Burgenland border, but it's only 7 minutes by car to the train station).
