It displayed the "[OT] Merry Christmas and gift of love" post again after clicking on "create". That's the point at which my post disappeared.

    If possible try going back in browser history and reload.

    This should trigger the post again.

    Wikisyntax for the Monastery

      I was able to go "back in browser history" previously; that's where I got a "copy of the origin text". However, that tab is no longer available, so I can't do a reload. I sought advice, rather than just doing this earler, as there may have been a more serious problem.

      So, I pulled up the original "[OT] Merry Christmas and gift of love" and replied with my saved text. Preview: all good; Create: all good; Updated thread: all good.

      If the original appears at some point it the future, it can be deleted immediately as a duplicate. Thanks for your help with this.
