Their page is dated, thankfully I don't work for Oracle ;) ODBC is showing 21.3.0.0 as being the latest release. https://download.oracle.com/otn_software/nt/instantclient/213000/instantclient-odbc-windows.x64-21.3.0.0.0.zip	[reply]
