Searching CPAN by links in "SEE ALSO" section?

LanX has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

(This thread is a tangent to grepping CPAN?)

Since namespaces for modules are full and authors become evermore creative in naming their modules, it would be interesting to cluster modules by their SEE ALSO section, to find modules by similarity.

I searched thru MetaCPAN::Client and grep::cpan and couldn't find a straight away possibility to search for all modules mentioning SOME::MODULE:X in it's 'SEE ALSO'.

Is Metacpan even indexing the sections/links inside POD in elasticsearch?

Or did I miss another open interface for doing that?

The best I could come up with so far is using the API of grep::cpan to find all dists having L<SOME::MODULE:X> inside, then pull those files and check if the link happens inside the SEE ALSO section.

Any better idea?
