It doesn't seem to install well on Windows:
http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Crypt-Random-Source+0.14 Some of the tests pass: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/7b56d230-6c00-1014-a145-4ff226dc57bc So it's possible the module works enough for your purpose even despite the failing tests. You can use cpanm --force Crypt::Random::Source to force-install it, then see what happens.
