I quickly got lost in alphabet soup, but here's the docs on connecting; https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/analysis-services/client-libraries?view=asallproducts-allversions. Looks like it's letters of choice are MSOLAP. Looked for "ODBC" and found nothing obvious on the webs. You'd think that'd work, though.

    The problem with using ODBC is not the connectivity. I need a perl object to hold the resulting data set from a MDX query. I need to connect and submit an MDX statement to execute against the server and have a result set returned. Is there a perl object that will allow me to do that?
