Those errors look very similar to CPAN Testers results such as this one, and the matrix shows that the last Perl release that the module worked on was 5.14.4, and on 5.16 and up doesn't build. I did find a bug item, but it just says it was fixed in GitHub. Where did you find this? Can you provide a link? By the way, the last release of the module is almost 10 years ago now. Since it deals with Perl's internals, why do you need it?
