Mauro, the situation that you now find yourself in is ... "entirely typical." You are constantly thrust from one entirely-new entire technology stack to another to another to another, and, somehow, once again, you actually manage to do it. You perfect the cat's ability to "alway land four-paws-down, no matter what." Is there anyone within the sound of my voice who cannot instantly relate? Of course not. "This is actually what we do. Perl is only a part of it."
Nonetheless, I do suggest that it is high time that you have a heart-to-heart talk with your manager. If your job is beginning to intrude into your out-of-work life and/or your health, then it's time to reach out for help within your present work situation. Your manager is the one who is tasked to be your first go-to resource ... and please do not under-estimate such persons or their points of view, nor what they can actually do for you.
I surmise that you have not yet been "a manager." Maybe (likely ...) you've never wanted to be. But, "that perspective is very revealing." You instantly come to realize that: "no, the people who work beneath you really don't understand yet, although 100% of them think that they do." So, coming from that perspective, "ask for a segment of his or her time ... tomorrow." Actually, you are not alone. It's just that right now you think you are. "Been there too, yeah."
