Because it is so much work! It's such a fun site to try and replicate and hack on though. I gave it a try also to kinda see what something might look like. My feeble attempt: http://scripting.ninja. It uses Mojolicious, Clarity UI, and Angular. Maybe bootstrap also, can't remember. It's pretty eye opening to see how much effort went into the current site!
