do you have JS activated?

And the "Free Nodelet" must be activated at Nodelet Settings (updated the main post)

    As far as I know.

    > And the "Free Nodelet" must be activated at Nodelet Settings

Define "activated". It was 0, I just set it to 1, but when I hit stumbit it changed to 1.9. Still does not appear to be working.

      > Define "activated"

Setting it to non-zero defines the position on the left side of the page. Does it show?

Which browser do you use? Any add-ons like no-script?

      update

simple check: putting <script>alert("Free Nodelet activated")</script> into your Free Nodelet should give you an alert whenever the free nodelet shows.

At https://www.perlmonks.com on the right side of the screen I get Free Nodelet right under XP Nodelet and the "Free Nodelet activated" popup, but Free Nodelet and the popup do not show on any other pages I've tried.

Google Chrome is up to date
        Version 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)
