Corrected at Re^7: perl + Qt, the easy way. I misread the report and then made the following inaccurate assertions:

My eyes see that MSWin32 completely broken: 0 PASSED, status only UNKNOWN on some versions because it even could not reach PASSED/FAIL stage. My bad. There are NO passes in the link I offered, whether "my version" or "per version" display. Apologies. But the suggestion to read such documents stands --- you say your "eyes see that MSWin32 completely broken ...." Is that not an answer to your previous question?
