Yeah, http://dwimperl.com/windows.html is release candidate of http://strawberryperl.com/release-notes/5.14.2.1-32bit.html ... newer versions of strawberryperl comes with newer gcc toolchain ... upgrading gcc ought to improve the situation nothing in the error message indicates anything useful, unless there is more info in the log mentioned (doubtful), upgrading gcc toolchain is the direction to take
