I think the original Helmholtz Notation for 440Hz/MIDI #69 is a′. Just a variation of this kind of notation is ač. In Scientific Pitch Notation this is A₄. "It is designated A₄ in scientific pitch notation because of the note's position as the fourth A key on a standard 88-key piano keyboard. On MIDI, it is note 69."
