I can't remember the response I got when I type 'which perlbrew', but it certainly was not what I expected. Ah, upgrade your expectations? :) I am restoring xubuntu 13.10 now. But that leaves me the problem still of how I am to upgrade my xubuntu 13.10 to 14.04 Simply install perlbrew again?
