Win32::Clipboard is XS. https://metacpan.org/source/JDB/Win32-Clipboard-0.58/Clipboard.xs. There is a DLL that has to go into /lib/auto. If your perl crashes, install the module the CORRECT WAY using ppm or cpan shell or A Guide to Installing Modules (replace "make" in the instructions with "dmake"). Never touch C:\strawberry\perl\lib . C:\strawberry\perl\lib is not for YOUR modules. C:\strawberry\perl\site\lib is the correct folder for things you install.
