Rob, thanks for your reply. When I visit http://rt.perl.org I don't see an option to log in with anything other than Bitcard: "Login Have a Bitcard account? Log in with it now or get a Bitcard account." There's also a note saying: "We have switched to using Bitcard directly for authentication."
