That’s cool, because Perl is happily being used commercially too. So if it’s “under the same terms as Perl 5.18.0”, I do quite believe you shouldn’t be emphasising that it’s free for non-commercial use. Or it’s not under the exact same terms.

Decide.

Ralesk, I updated the FAQ again, how does it look now?

Q: How much does RPerl cost?

A: RPerl is 100% free-of-charge and is licensed under the same terms as Perl 5.18.0. This means you can use RPerl for free at home or at work, but you can't re-sell RPerl without the source code and you can't change the copyright terms.
That is not what I would consider a reasonable summary of the options available under the Artistic license, which is basically aimed at not letting someone else distribute something (commercially or not) as "RPerl" that in fact has proprietary modifications.

ysth, can you please provide your suggested wording so I can see what you mean, exactly?

ysth, come on now , sure it is

That sounds better to my layman eyes, yes :)

        Ralesk,

        I'm glad you approve! :-)

Now that we've cleared that up, will you please make a pledge?

        Thank you in advance.

        Perling,
        ~ Will
