So pick your own poison: search terms that led me to that (Via Big G) were "Perl Journal." You'll find other cites there include a 2001 Slashdot note that says archived TPJ articles can be found again and back on line, with mag content turning up in quarterly supplements to "System Admin Magazine." Regretably, as of 7/31/13, both point to Dr. Dobbs -- and one gets a Dr. Dobbs 404.

I don't bother to follow all of them down for currency and relevance but it might pay you to do so to save shipping on davido's .pdf ( :-; ) .

But, lacking excellent OCR, you may find this offer from DD of interest:

Order the NEW Discounted Dr. Dobb's Developer Library DVD 6 Purchase the fully searchable DVD for $59.95 - a 60% discount! Features 21 years of Dr. Dobb's Journal, 15 years of Sys Admin magazine, 14+ years of C/C++ Users Journal, 1 year worth of Dr. Dobb's Digest, podcasts, videos and more! Order Now.

Details section mentions "• 4 years of The Perl Journal."

Four years of TPJ is better than what I have archived. I've got PDF's spanning from November, 2002 through April, 2005, which is less than three years worth.

If anyone actually has PDF's that fall outside of the range of what I've got archived, let me know. Perhaps at some point I can obtain permission to make them available at the Salt Lake Perl Mongers website, which is hosted by The Perl Foundation, and hopefully more enduring than previous attempts to find the issues a home.

      Dave
