in thread how to print out side of for loop?

Thanks marto,

I should have tested the code.

In fact, nowhere does he state that he doesn't want to use a for loop. I think he just wanted to understand why he couldn't print outside of the for loop.

Obviously, the previous responses DID NOT HELP HIM.

You can be sure that your response to him did not help. It only resulted in his node getting downvoted.

Please mark updates to posts, rather than removing eixisting text and making additions. Note the 'added points' of How do I post a question effectively?.

"Obviously, the previous responses DID NOT HELP HIM."

Had they replied to any previous response stating this fact it would have been obvious. The concepts others outlined in the previous thread are directly applicable here, including their working solutions.

Frequently people repost the same question over and over again for various reasons, including the fact they they're simply looking for someone to do something for them, rather than teach them how to do something.

    Update:

"You can be sure that your response to him did not help."

You're making more assumptions. Your posted advice for both threads in question doesn't even run.
