I just checked my Nerd Score, my wife wasn't surprised. <img src="http://www.nerdtests.com/images/ft/nq/21991e3bef.gif" alt="I am nerdier than 98% of all people. Are you a nerd? Click here to take the Nerd Test, get geeky images and jokes, and write on the nerd forum!">

I first came to Perl in the early days, but didn't really start making full use of it until the mid-90s. Since then I have used it to implement a full billing system for an ISP, several membership and affiliate management systems, and a full online banking system.

My current $job is classified as Internal Development, which means I deal mainly with backend systems and internal APIs.
