Currently, some friends and I have a little startup that we are planning on running off of hypermart (this is because we are in college and have no money for real hosting). Anyways, our site makes heavy use of database functionality, and I would really prefer to do this in SQL than entirely in PERL (what can I say, I love PERL, but there's no reason to be hitting screws with a hammer). Anyways, hypermart has a LOT of limitations, and it is obvious that if our site is worth anything, we will have to move to another provider within a couple of months (given the capital). Does anybody know of any hosts that have REALLY dirt cheap rates, that have PERL and SQL?

Whenever my DSL gets fixed, I could host for you, provided that you help pay for the bandwidth you use (I'm metered, as I have a commercial account with my ISP). And I wont stick you with a crappy banner ad either.
Of course, USWorst says it might be 10 more days until my DSL is fixed.
