<BR>
· Principal Crystal City Office IT Manager, for the "Technology Knowledge Analysis Center (T-KnAC). Manages all IT support to the BCCO programs and projects, as well as in-house "IT-enablement" projects to enhance BCCO management and marketing capabilities.
<BR>
· Provided leadership and analysis to research available Knowledge Management (KM) and Portal Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) products, resulting in a successful proposal to Battelle SA&E and ISE management to conduct capital investment of $150K to start a business area around virtual Collaborative Services (S3 – Sunergos, Secure, Sharing) supporting existing CB/WMD consulting practices.<BR>
· Program Manager for Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) project that executes an open-source data collection strategy, maintains an XML based repository, and conducts analysis to support DTRA Threat Identification, Threat Tracking, and potentially Threat Predictions.
