Given FireFox and IE7 with multiple tabs you are 'now' correct about the online experience (you were not-- not that long ago). But as PM grows so does its complexity and so will the size of the FAQ. The task of finding things in an even a well organized linked online document still has yet to beat a dog eared book. A solution that goes on working even after you turn off or move away from your computer. All that said, the argument that trumps all others is that I desperately need something to catch the cracker crumbs when I try and figure out how to use the chatterbox in bed :)
