I was wandering around on lulu.com and the notion occurred to me that maybe it was time to publish the PM FAQ. I was even thinking of using lulu to do so. Say $_low_price for a .pdf and $_higher_price for a bound version. I've purchased their products--gotten very rare and very expensive weaving books for very little money. I realize that the FAQ is a 'living' document but what is wrong with repeat sales? And for that matter what edition has The Camel Book reached anyway?.
