This picture was taken at HangYang University, Seoul, South Korea. It was a great three weeks.
I just found out that ActiveState is based in Vancouver. That's only a 90 minute ferry ride from my home. Cool.
I wish I had a reason to go there.
Who am I? How the heck should I know?
I started university in 1996, as a Physics major, but couldn't get any of the labs to work. Some of the more interesting results I got indicated that the gravitational constant of the universe is actually a negative number.
In 1997, I changed over Mathematics and Computer Science and joined the campus Chamber Choir. The picture above was taken on a trip three years later. During that time, I had my first real part time job.
For no reason at all I decided to go into the Arts in 1998, and became an Art History/Music major. That lasted about three months, during which time I got involved in queer rights activism (one of the highlights of my life). I also had a three month contract to run the universities elections to the Students' Union, and the University Senate.
In 1999, I went back to mathematics, and got very involved in student politics(mistake). I didn't do very well, but I got promoted at the part time job.
In 2000, I was promoted to department manager. At the moment, I'm a university drop out. I am the manager of a campus used bookstore. I've got a faculty card for the university. Twisted? Yes.
That's what I've done, but is by no means who I am.
