    Take a look at the node named "Install a perl script as a Win NT/2000/XP service". It just might have the information you're looking for.

    Other helpful ideas can be obtained by using the Super Search feature of PerlMonks and entering the keywords "windows service script".

    Activestate Perl Dev Kit has an element that will turn a perl script into a service.
