I was responding to this and thought it may be useful (or nice) to have a 'Gatherings' section so these posts would be on-topic. I am sure there are monks living around eachother who don't know it, and this could help facilitate meetings. I would suggest setting it up like the Code sections where there are sub-sections (in this case, they would be states, territories, provinces, or whatever else). Just a thought. Or, even a place where you could find other monks who live in your general area.
