I've noticed from time to time that there are discrepancies between the number of replies reported for a root node, depending on whether im looking at the 'seekers of perl wisdom' section, or the monastery gates.

Anyone else ever notice this?

As i write this, the node strict or not strict? reports 20 replies at the monastery gates, but only 14 from seekers of perl wisdom.

I use the most powerful debugger available: print!

Replies are listed 'Best First'.

Yes, I've noticed. I always figured it had something to do with the time the pages (or the info) was updated... some pages might not get updated as often, or they get updated much later than others. No idea if that's what's really going on, but it sounds good enough to quell my curiosity...
