There sems to be a misunderstanding. You will see in What is moderation? that "Approval", also called "Moderation" (see the "moderate" on that button in the "moderation nodelet" called "Approval nodelet" to make the confusion complete.)...
... is meant to bless a node into one of the PM sections.
The reason of the moderation process is to prevent monk discussions to appear in the code section etc.
Give it some thought and you will see, it's no use for a NodeReaper posting (a deleting or reaping) of a node to appear in any section at all.
At least that's my conclusion. Why would you want it there?
Otoh you might argue why there's an option to approve such a node then.
