My scanner's broken & I've only got this old pic of me in a band. I'm not in one any more.

Finally finished my Masters project. It's an application to translate Biblical Greek into English, a la BabelFish. You can have a peep at it here. Try something like 'o( a)nqrwpos e)stin kalos'. Ho hum.

Poets' Corner
By the way, there are monks called Spenser, Marlowe and Marvell: a secret poetry cabal? (Actually none of them have posted in Perl Poetry). I'm told there's a clutch of monks named after Terry Pratchett characters too. I am arriving at a conviction that every monk, knowingly or inadvertently, belongs to one or another caballistic thread (your karass, for any Bokononists) running through the monastery. Sometimes the relationship is so subtle it is discernible only during profound meditation. However, this is the true quest: not for XP, but to find out who your brothers are.

UPDATE: the Perlmonk link now has a few other things I'm working on, as well as the ancient Greek translator. There's Maison Plonk, a review site for cheapo wines in the UK, and The Trading Game, a virtual share portfolio game based around the Finance::Quote module.

And here is a shameless plug for my girlfriend's website.
