Amazon are doing the same thing.

Meanwhile, MS are doing things their own way with their Azure systems.

The BIMP tried to do away with leaps seconds last year, but deferred it until 2023.

And we gain a second on New Year's Eve this year.

With all the disparate approaches to the problem in the absence of a formal decision, and given what happened in 2012, I won't be booking any flights over New Year :)

LOL indeed :) I'm flying my daughter up from San Francisco tomorrow and stay until well after the holidays instead of trying to book anywhere near the holiday flying season (I've made that mistake myself only once... and learned from it).	[reply]
